I understand the pain and difficulties of parenting alone, as I went through an unexpected divorce after 18 years of marriage. Then even more heartache when she passed away in 2013. Helping others is the only way that I find healing and purpose in the difficult storms of life. The Lord has truly blessed my life in the way and I hope that this will bless you too. The date of this post was March 17, 2010 - that was the due date of the baby I lost at 12 weeks. It was such a devastating time for my husband and I. My daughter turned 7 today (9/2/10) and it was a year ago today, on her 6th birthday, that we found out I was miscarrying. 7 months after that, I miscarried another baby at 7 weeks. Two very hard blows in less than a year, and yet God is faithful. He has taught me many things in the last year and I'm so thankful for His umbrella of grace when He sends the rain.
